The Below project was a 2 bedroom mid terraced house that we purchased. The house was in it’s original state and a distressed property which needed a lot of work. We saw there was a lot of potential. The layout of the rooms was wrong and not good usage of the space. We changed the configuration, knocked down walls to an empty canvas and refurbished the whole house maximising living space. We moved the staircase and added an extension to the kitchen adding a shower room. We installed en suites in two of the bedrooms and we insulated the whole house. The house is now a four bed roomed property and tenanted as a small HMO. Purchase price £62.500 Valuation price £125.000.
